I am Eileen Gunn a native New Yorker, consumer journalist, fearless world traveler and mom of one. I have written a career-advice book that took lessons from extreme-sports athletes, climbed a volcano in the pitch black and gone kayaking in a typhoon. I have traveled to more than 35 countires and have taken her now-teen to more than 20 countries on four continents.
